Insisting on what we’ve seen
Appearing messy
Shiny pristine
Words arranged predictable
Tossed about
Offensive despicable
There’s you
Waiting to be found
Seeking to hide
By games
We are bound
Demon
You saw
Escaping its shell
Independent
Alpha
Burning
In hell
Flaming at home
Raising voices
Pain erupting
Evident
Choices
We must make
To take a side
Duty
Bowed down
To God
Then man
Just before
Giving birth
We’re but his rib
No identity
Second hand Earth.
